Dashing Star Farm
We are a humane and sustainable New York State Grown & Certified sheep and poultry operation located in the Hudson Valley. Our livestock have free range on rotated pastures and are fed locally grown, and non-GMO, and organic whole grains and forages, producing high quality, hand-crafted fiber products, Grade AA eggs, and USDA inspected lamb.
We have been regularly featured on the menus of fine restaurants, including Stissing House, Roberta’s Pizza, Blanca, Deer Mountain Inn, Troutbeck and Terrapin, among others, and our products are on offer through Farms2Tables and at other local retailers of fine foods. Find us at several farmers' markets and festivals throughout the year. Farm visits for purchases are available by appointment only.
